A performance review for salespeople is a vital tool to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of a sales team. This review is based on Hubspot's unique insights into the sales process. Soft skills are equally important as technical skills when it comes to sales. Therefore, a sales rep review that focuses on soft skills, including written and verbal communication, rapport building, and discovery skills, can significantly benefit the overall success of a sales team.
