You're almost at the 90-day mark with your new employee - congrats! The goal of this meeting is to help your team member to become fully independent in their role.

What will your employees expect from their 90 day onboarding check-in?

As you prepare for the check-in meeting, here are some tips to help you engage and connect with your employee:

  1. Start with a positive tone: Begin the meeting with a warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm for your employee's progress so far. Let them know how much you appreciate their contributions to the team and the company.
  2. Encourage dialogue: Make sure the check-in is a two-way conversation, not just a performance review. Ask your employee about their experience so far and any challenges they've faced. Encourage them to share their thoughts and ideas on how they can continue to grow and develop in their role.
