Founder, PollinateXD
Hi, I'm Meg, a UXer turned PXer. I spent the early years of my career designing customer experiences and product strategy before hypothesising that the same principles could transform how we build workplaces. That led me to study Organisational Psychology and transition into People Experience (PX). I have experience leading organisational transformation through human-centred design across small, scaling startups to large, complex organisations like the BBC.
I started PollinateXD to help growing mission-driven product companies create the conditions for their people to do the best work of their lives. I help clients design and embed a People Experience operating model that enables them to scale without sacrificing the culture or soul that made them successful in the first place.
If you're exploring how to take a more iterative, co-creative approach to performance in your organisation, I'd love to hear how it's going.
