# Crewmojo pricing

Crewmojo is a performance management platform for HR leaders who need the
performance process configured around how their organisation actually works.

## Licence fees

Licence fees range from **$5 to $13 per user per month**.

The rate is determined by headcount. As the number of users rises,
the per-seat rate steps down automatically. Industry, contract length and which
workflows you configure do not change the rate.

Smaller organisations sit toward $13. Larger organisations sit toward $5.

## Plans

### Core

One performance cycle, designed around your organisation and embedded across the
company. Priced on the per-seat range above.

Included:

- **Co-design, not templates.** Design sessions with your team shape the cycle around your culture and goals.
- **The full cycle:** setting expectations, ongoing feedback and recognition, and end-of-cycle review, plus goals, 1-on-1s and check-ins.
- **Tailored AI and governance,** configured to your language, compliance requirements and cultural guardrails.
- **Full admin access** Change instruction copy, adjust step timing or launch a new initiative without contacting us.

### Expand

Everything in Core, plus the workflows that connect to performance: talent
management (talent reviews, 9-box, succession), development and careers
(development plans, career plans, performance improvement plans), and lifecycle
moments (onboarding, milestones, role transitions, exits).

Expand uses the same per-seat licence as Core. There is no per-seat uplift.

You can build additional workflows yourself at no extra cost, using the same admin
access and design tools included with every plan.

When you would rather we did it, we design and implement the workflow with you and
quote that work on its own, as a one-off fee for that workflow.

The difference between Core and Expand is scope, not organisation size. Large
organisations running a single performance cycle for everybody are fully served by
Core.

## Implementation

Every plan is implemented with you, in three steps:

1. **Map what is happening.** How performance runs today, what works, what does not, and where you want to get to.
2. **Design it with you, not for you.** Workshops with your team shape a cycle built around the habits you want people to build.
3. **Hand you the tools.** Full admin access from day one.

**A one-off implementation fee applies in addition to the licence.** It covers
getting you live: the co-design sessions, configuration and handover. We quote it
for your organisation because the work varies significantly with the size and
complexity of the business. It is charged once, not annually.

Most customers have a first process live within 30 days.

There is no self-serve signup and no free trial. Crewmojo is implemented with you
rather than self-served, so evaluation starts with a demo.

## Common questions

**How does per-seat pricing work as we grow?**
As headcount rises, the per-seat rate steps down automatically. Headcount is the
only variable in the licence rate.

**What is the difference between Core and Expand?**
Scope, not organisation size. Core covers one performance cycle completely. Expand
applies when the same platform is also solving talent, development and lifecycle
problems. Both use the same per-seat licence. Each additional workflow is designed
and implemented with you and quoted on its own.

**Is there an implementation fee?**
Yes. A one-off implementation fee covers getting you live, quoted for your
organisation. After that, building workflows yourself costs nothing extra. A further
one-off fee applies only when you want us to design and implement a workflow with
you.

**Is there a free trial?**
No.

**Do we depend on Crewmojo to make changes?**
No. You get full admin access to the same design tools Crewmojo uses, and knowledge
transfer is part of implementation.
